Dr. Mark Nash is a tenured Full Professor of Neurological Surgery with a secondary appointment in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and designation as Principal Investigator (Applied Physiology Research) for The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis. Dr. Nash has studied causes of, and treatments for, cardiovascular dysregulation and disease risks in persons with SCI, and has published more than 100 juried manuscripts, monographs and chapters on the topic. Dr. Nash is also widely published in applications of voluntary and involuntary exercise for persons with SCI, and is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine.
