Abstract:
Article discusses study regarding the cardiovascular effects of the drug sildenafil, an approved treatment for erectile dysfunction, in men with spinal cord injuries at or above the T6 level. Results showed a trend toward decreased blood pressure and increased heart rate with the use of sildenafil; however, these differences were not statistically significant.
