Director of Brainline
Dr. Youcha has directed the BrainLine project since 2008. She holds a doctorate in special education from the George Washington University and has worked with young children with special needs for over 35 years.
Dr. Youcha has been a classroom teacher, director of an early intervention program, university faculty, and executive director of a child advocacy center. She has authored a variety of publications related to abuse and neglect, inclusion, and disabilities. Her most recent book, The ABCs of the ADA: Your Early Childhood Program's Guide to the Americans with Disabilities Act, was published in 2009.
