Lori Grafton, M.D.
Co-Investigator/Facility Physician - Carolinas Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Research System
Dr. Grafton is the Brain Injury Program Director and the Co-director of Carolinas Concussion Network at Carolinas Rehabilitation. Dr. Grafton has worked at Carolinas Rehabilitation since 2008. She completed her medical degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine, PM&R residency at Sinai Hospital, Baltimore, MD, and brain injury fellowship at Carolinas Rehabilitation. She is board certified in PM&R. She has served as the site co-investigator for the TBI Model System grant, including the single site study and the multisite clinical trial of amantadine for irritability and aggression
