Abstract:
Article presenting two case studies of individuals who achieved long term job retention in a supported employment program following traumatic brain injury (TBI). Aspects of the supported employment program that facilitated their success are identified. These include (1) allowing multiple employment opportunities, (2) paying attention to problems and issues outside the workplace, and (3) matching individuals' skills and interests to jobs in flexible and supportive work settings.
