Abstract:
Article discusses innovative ways in which telehealth programs have been used to meet the needs of individuals with traumatic brain injury (TBI). Described are programs that track emergence from a coma, monitor foster home placement of people with TBI, provide training to rural mental health providers, coordinate services for children with TBI and other special health care needs, and establish a support network for families.
