Abstract:
Article discusses how to assess the cost effectiveness of supported employment programs. Reviews cost effectiveness in the contexts of meaningful employment outcomes and how funding agencies purchase services. Describes how 2 states, Massachusetts and Oklahoma, provide funding for supported employment. Recommendations for improving cost effectiveness are provided.
