Abstract:
Article reviewing the literature on the effectiveness of psychosocial interventions in the rehabilitation of persons with spinal cord injury (SCI). Each study was evaluated according to 36 methodological criteria, and the mean scores and percentage of studies with a score of 3 or greater are given for each criterion. Mean effect size scores were estimated for experimental and quasi-experimental intervention studies, and found to be in the medium range.
