Article discussing the potential impact on return to work efforts of medications commonly used after traumatic brain injury (TBI). Medications discussed include anticonvulsants used for seizure control and for treatment of behavioral dysfunction; cognitive-enhancing medications used for hypoarousal, memory enhancement, neurologic fatigue, and other cognitive enhancement purposes; and neuroleptics used to control post-traumatic agitation.
