Abstract:
Article reviews research on neurological and functional recovery following spinal cord injury (SCI). Discussion focuses on the strategy for executing clinical trials and evaluating new interventions. Understanding the clinical course of recovery, recognizing accurate examination skills, and appropriately using outcome measures are some of the tools SCI rehabilitation clinicians need to participate in these trials.
